As part of our development, we are looking for:
A maintenance technician with HVAC skills
roaming in the Lausanne region
Your mission:
- Implement the multi-technical maintenance policy defined at our client.
- Ensure the proper functioning of technical equipment and buildings.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting at our client’s site.
- Participate in the configuration of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems.
- Meet deadlines by responding quickly to events and requested interventions.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Hygiene and Environmental rules.
- Control the quality of external services.
- Ensure quality and monitor the availability of installations.
- Provide an on-call service.
- Act as backup for the technical concierge service.
Your profile:
- Holder of a qualifying training in building infrastructure.
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in technical fields, particularly HVAC.
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Your versatility allows you to respond to many diverse tasks and client requests.
- You live within a 30-minute radius of Lausanne.
- Organised, conscientious and autonomous.
- You demonstrate rigour, pragmatism and curiosity; you have a sense of priorities, service and responsibility.
