Workplace Engineer - 50%
Context
As part of the evolution and optimisation of its Digital Workplace environment, our client is seeking a Digital Workplace Specialist / End-User Computing Engineer to strengthen their IT team. You will be involved in level 3 support, continuous improvement of user services, and automation of processes related to modern workstations.
Main Responsibilities
N3 Support and Incident Management

Handle complex incidents escalated by N1/N2 support teams.

Perform root cause analyses.

Analyse logs, crash dumps, and technical data to identify recurring issues.

Provide operational support for End-User Computing services.
-
Assist users in incident resolution and adoption of best practices.
Administration and Continuous Improvement

Administer and maintain workstation management solutions.
-
Deploy and monitor security patches and updates via Endpoint Management tools.
-
Ensure equipment compliance with security and hardening standards.
-
Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell scripts.
-
Participate in the continuous improvement of Digital Workplace services.
Documentation and Knowledge Transfer

Write and maintain technical documentation.

Produce operational procedures and user guides.
-
Ensure knowledge sharing with support teams.
-
Contribute to the creation of training materials and user support.

Desired Profile

Experience in an international or multi-site environment appreciated.

Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with IT teams.
