Darest Consulting is the entity dedicated to the Darest group, active for nearly 50 years in Switzerland.Workplace Engineer - 50%ContextAs part of the evolution of its Digital Workplace environment, our client is looking for a Digital Workplace Specialist / End-User Computing Engineer to strengthen its IT team. You will intervene in level 3 support, continuous improvement of services, and processes related to modern workstations.Main MissionsL3 Support and incident management- Handle complex incidents escalated by L1/L2 support teams.- Perform Root Cause Analysis.- Analyze logs, crash dumps, and technical data to identify recurring issues.- Provide support for End-User Computing services.- Assist users in resolving incidents and adopting best practices.Maintenance and continuous improvement- Administer and maintain workstation management solutions.- Deploy and supervise security patches and updates via Endpoint Management tools.- Ensure equipment compliance with security and configuration standards.- Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell scripts.- Participate in the continuous improvement of Digital Workplace services.Documentation and knowledge transfer- Write and maintain technical documentation.- Produce procedures and user guides.- Facilitate knowledge sharing with support teams.- Participate in the creation of training materials and technical support for users.Required technical skillsMicrosoft Workplace Environments- Microsoft 365- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)- Active Directory- Microsoft Intune- Windows Autopilot- Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)- Microsoft Defender- Endpoint and workstations- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)- Management of End-User environments and scripting (intermediate to advanced level)- Deployment of packages, log analysis, and advanced troubleshootingMethodologies- ITIL- Incident Management- Problem Management- Continuous improvement of IT servicesProfile- Higher education in IT (Bachelor, Engineer, or equivalent).- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Workplace or End-User Computing infrastructures.- Significant experience in L3 support and Microsoft environments.- Experience in an international or multi-site environment appreciated.- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with IT teams. jid75f7836aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
