Watchmaking Operators (M/F)
Responsibilities:
- Assembly and adjustment of watch components
- Visual and functional quality control
- Collaboration with production teams
Expected profile:
- Technical training (CFC, AFP or equivalent), or from a training centre such as CFH, IFAGE or Réalise
- Experience in an industrial environment (assembly, production, packaging, etc.)
or in hairdressing and beauty sectors
- Excellent dexterity, precision and rigour
- Patience, attention to detail and team spirit
- Day shifts, 2x8 or 3x8 shift patterns
