Mission

• Structure, organise and manage the warehouse dedicated to
  deep geothermal activities
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive system for
  equipment and stock management
• Set up a reference database
  for identification, location, condition, use
  and history of each piece of equipment (>2000 entries)
• Ensure the logistical management of heavy
  and specialised equipment for deep drilling (rig, mud camp,
  pumps, well control equipment, etc.)
• Manage entries, exits, site returns,
  transfers, inspections and repairs of equipment dedicated
  to deep geothermal activities
• Coordinate the preparation of equipment before mobilisation
  on site and its restoration after demobilisation
• Ensure operational coordination between the superintendent,
  the rig manager and the sites
• Organise inventories, minimum stock levels
  and reorder processes (consumables
  and spare parts)
• Participate in the logistical planning of national
  and international transport
• Ensure documentary traceability of critical equipment:
  certificates, inspection reports, pressure tests, manuals,
  technical datasheets
• Collaborate with drilling teams, purchasing, HSE, suppliers
  and specialised contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety, handling,
  storage rules and use of PPE

You

• Proven experience (5 years or more) in site logistics,
  warehouse management, maintenance or technical equipment management
• Experience in drilling, special works, structural work,
  industry, energy or Oil & Gas is a significant asset
• Ability to manage heavy, technical and high operational value equipment
• Good knowledge of stock management, traceability,
  maintenance and equipment monitoring
• Good command of Excel and interest in database management tools
• Comfortable with process structuring, creation of
  equipment references and document tracking
• Forklift licence, crane operator category A (an asset)
• Organised, rigorous and dynamic
• Good oral communication in French and ability to work
  in a team
• Strong interest in industrial projects, drilling equipment
  and developing a new strategic activity
