Senevita is the largest integrated service provider for elderly people and has around 4000 employees. While the Senevita sites are synonymous with autonomous sheltered housing and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading private provider of home help and care services throughout Switzerland.

For our Planning Centre based at the Senevita Casa Vaud site in Renens, we are immediately or by arrangement looking for several:

Planners, bilingual FR/Swiss German, at 25%-50%-80% for the telephone duty service

This is a home office job to maintain the continuity of planned interventions and manage emergency situations outside office hours, from 7am to 8am and from 5pm to 9:30pm Monday to Friday as well as at weekends from 7am to 2:30pm or from 2pm to 9:30pm


Telephone duty planner, bilingual FR/Swiss German, at 25%-50%-80%, home office



Your tasks:

  • Answer telephone calls and implement a solution
  • Manage replacements and absences of employees
  • Communicate and pass on needs to the persons concerned
  • Adjust requests from our clients and the expectations of our employees
  • Write a report on the measures taken and problems solved

Your profile:

  • Oral and written command of the French language
  • Native Swiss German speaker
  • Experience in home help or healthcare
  • You have a sense of organisation and are autonomous
  • You enjoy telephone contact with clients and colleagues
  • You are comfortable with IT (Windows-Office, Internet)
  • Residence near Renens
