Your responsibilities

• Ensure professional telephone reception and efficiently handle customer requests
• Contact new clients to develop the existing portfolio
• Arrange appointments for insurance advisors
• Manage various administrative tasks related to commercial activity
• Provide high-quality customer service and build a trusting relationship with the insured

Your profile

• Initial experience in a similar position or in customer relations/telemarketing/call centre
• Excellent command of spoken and written French; German is an asset
• Comfortable on the phone, with good interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset
• Good stress management, organisational skills and administrative rigour
