Present internationally, the Hörmann group is a rapidly growing company active in the construction industry. Its 40 highly specialised factories ensure the production of doors for residential and industrial use, door frames and automation for Europe, Asia and North America. With over 6,000 employees, the Hörmann group achieves a turnover of more than one billion euros. We employ 15 people at our Rennaz site.

Support us with your expertise. Your tasks:

  • Telephone advice and support for our partners and resellers
  • Responsible for our showroom of approximately 200m2 and technical advice to customers
  • Preparation of various offers for hinged doors as well as for other products in the Hörmann range
  • Support for our regional sales managers in preparing and drawing up offers
  • Processing of offers and orders
  • Directing private customers and architects to a regional partner or one of our regional sales managers
  • Communication with the head office in Oensingen as a link for our regional partners
  • Support in handling complaints
  • Coordination with logistics and spare parts service if necessary
  • Assistance with the configuration programme (iHAAS) for our partners
  • Participation in training and continuing education on new products

Contribute to our shared success. What you bring:

  • A technical education with a strong interest in the building sector (knowledge of electronics would be an advantage)
  • Some initial professional experience in technical product advice is recommended
  • A strong customer service orientation
  • A willingness to work independently as well as the ability to work in a team
  • Preferably bilingual in French and German
  • Comfortable with common IT tools (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Residence in the region is an advantage
