• Prospect new partners and provide personalised client follow-up

• Understand the real needs of our partners, even those they have not yet expressed
• Find the right talents through intelligent and human sourcing
• Write authentic job adverts that speak to candidates
• Coordinate assignments with rigour, respect and transparency
• Manage administrative tasks with precision
• Cultivate lasting relationships based on trust and closeness with our partners

Your profile: a blend of heart, instinct and structure

You have:

• Experience as a specialist consultant in a placement agency or as a recruiter
• Good knowledge of the local market
• Mastery of sourcing tools and HR platforms
• Comfort with IT tools (Word, Excel)
• Excellent command of written and spoken French and German

Required skills:

• The ability to work autonomously and in pairs with a keen sense of communication
• A taste for challenge, a sense of responsibility and proven tenacity
• Excellent interpersonal skills and values aligned with our company
• Proactive energy and a sense of initiative
• The ability to prioritise, even in urgent situations
