Project Portfolio and Methods Manager
Within our IT department, you join a committed and expert team that works daily to ensure reliable and high-performing environments. In this key role, you actively contribute to the stability, evolution, and modernisation of our IT infrastructure.
What you do daily
You build and manage Assura’s project portfolio in collaboration with stakeholders, structuring requests, proposing prioritisation aligned with the budget, and preparing materials for the Executive Management. You also contribute to Increment Planning and decision-making, while ensuring clear communication on portfolio progress.
You coordinate the operational follow-up of enterprise and departmental IT projects by gathering IT and business capacities, preparing the management dashboard for the IT leadership, while providing methodological support to external participants.
You ensure financial monitoring of projects (expenses, forecast, invoicing) with management control and establish exchange rituals to align teams on priorities and dependencies. Finally, you contribute to continuous improvement by identifying or implementing relevant evolutions in project management methods.
What you bring to the team
You hold a higher education degree (university, EPF, HES or equivalent) and have solid experience of about five years in project management as well as project portfolio management. This dual expertise allows you to have both an operational and strategic vision, closely linked to organisational challenges.
You master Office suite tools and navigate comfortably in collaborative environments. You demonstrate excellent team spirit, flexibility, and good interpersonal skills, facilitating interactions with diverse stakeholders. Autonomous and proactive, you know how to make decisions quickly while adapting to priorities.
Endowed with strong analytical and synthesis skills, you are able to assert yourself when necessary and defend your positions pertinently. Rigorous and structured, you know how to transform complex information into clear elements to support decision-making and activity management.
