As Strategic Projects Portfolio Manager (PMO Manager) 80-100%, you contribute to the strategic transformations of the AVASAD system, in close collaboration with the General Management, the Executive Committee and the system’s stakeholders.
What you bring
Above all, we are looking for a personality capable of creating value through their expertise, leadership and ability to unite.
You bring significant expertise in managing project portfolios, strategic programmes or large-scale organisational transformations, as well as a solid mastery of governance mechanisms, prioritisation, risk management and resource allocation.
Furthermore, you demonstrate a recognised ability to advise management bodies and prepare strategic decisions, as well as an aptitude to unite, influence and advance decisions without necessarily having direct hierarchical authority.
Finally, you have excellent analytical, synthesis and structuring skills enabling you to transform complex situations into clear and actionable directions, as well as experience in change management and facilitating stakeholders with sometimes divergent interests.
