Maison Martel, founded in 1818, is among the first Swiss artisan chocolatiers. Martel offers a wide range of chocolates, macarons, viennoiseries, pastries, confectionery and ice creams for sale and tasting in its nine boutiques/tea rooms located in the canton of Geneva.

We are looking for an Ice Cream Maker/Pastry Chef for the production of artisanal ice creams (M/F) for our Carouge site on a fixed-term contract - > 31.12.2026
Ice Cream Maker/Pastry Chef
- More than 2 years experience in a similar position
- Production of artisanal ice cream
- Training, diploma in pastry
- Hours 4am-1pm
- Fixed-term contract 29/06/2026 -> 31/12/2026
- Initiative and excellent prioritisation skills
