Thanks to its 800 collaborators, the Intercantonal Hospital of Broye (HIB) provides acute care and rehabilitation services. Its ambition is to be a dynamic, innovative health institution aiming for excellence for the benefit of the Broye population. To strengthen the care teams of the treatment and rehabilitation centre (CTR) in Estavayer-le-Lac, the HIB nursing management is looking for a:



Specialised Clinical Nurse (ICLS) from 80% to 100%



Your mission

The CTR has 47 hospital beds and is organised into two sectors. Its mission is to provide rehabilitation care (musculoskeletal, geriatrics and internal medicine-oncology) for adult patients from the Broye region. The service works closely with the entire medical-therapeutic platform and institutional multidisciplinary actors. The care team consists of approximately 35 FTE under the supervision of two ICUS.

Your tasks:

  • Carry out clinical practice at 40-50% directly with patients
  • Assess and analyse complex care situations and propose necessary actions
  • Manage institutional clinical projects under the supervision of nursing management
  • Promote the integration of evidence-based data into clinical practice for the benefit of quality, safety and efficiency of care
  • Provide supportive and empowering clinical supervision to members of the care team
  • Contribute to the development of the team’s skills, the reorganisation of the service and support change
  • Define and monitor clinical performance indicators attributable to nursing care
  • Participate in the implementation of the institutional strategy
  • Stimulate reflection on future projects and innovation in care

Your assets

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Nursing Sciences and, if possible, experience in hospital geriatric and/or rehabilitation care.
  • Proactive by nature, your technical, organisational and interpersonal skills enable you to provide quality care.
  • With good communication skills, you have a strong interest in quality of care and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • You demonstrate sociability, genuine clinical leadership and creativity.
  • Excellent command of French (spoken and written), scientific English and computer tools is essential.

Start date: immediately or by agreement.
