The Aigues-Vertes Foundation has been committed for many years to the inclusion and social participation of people living with intellectual disabilities. It offers a living and working environment conducive to the development of personal, social and professional skills, respecting the autonomy and dignity of each individual.
Within this framework, the Foundation manages a living and working place, in the form of a village, located in the municipality of Bernex, welcoming residents and external beneficiaries and promoting an inclusive, humane and professional approach to support.
To strengthen its Textile Workshop, the Aigues-Vertes Foundation is looking for a:
Socioprofessional Master at 80-100%
Your missions
- You support beneficiaries in adapted employment and manage about ten professional references.
- As part of a team, you support pedagogical follow-up and adapt workstations.
- You participate in all activities necessary for the manufacture, marketing and promotion of the workshop's products.
Your profile
- Dual training as a Tailor/ Textile Designer and Socioprofessional Master ES;
- Proven experience in the same type of position and with a population living with an intellectual disability;
- Dynamic and versatile;
- Proactive;
- Ability to work independently while integrating into a multidisciplinary team;
- Excellent writing skills and organisational sense;
- Rigor, commitment, sense of responsibility and recognised interpersonal skills.
