Whatever their role, the professionals of the Saphir Foundation share a common will, that of supporting the people daily to enable them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of services according to the aedis model "like at home". As a social educator or socio-cultural animator ES/HES, you support elderly people in their daily lives taking into account their needs, capacities and support plan. Thanks to your experience with people suffering from psychiatric and neurocognitive disorders, you contribute to creating a safe, stimulating environment respectful of the principles of humanitude.

Creative and proactive, you develop and implement social, cultural and relational activities promoting the maintenance of social ties, autonomy and quality of life of the people. You work closely with interprofessional teams and actively participate in the development and implementation of individualised support plans. As a resource person for the team, you also bring your expertise in supporting neurocognitive disorders and participate in the supervision and training of new professionals and interns.

YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS

• You hold a diploma as a social educator or socio-cultural animator ES/HES
• Proven experience with elderly people suffering from psychiatric and/or neurocognitive disorders
• Sensitivity and strong interest in the humanitude approach
• Creativity, initiative and interest in cultural and social activities
• Leadership, sense of responsibility and ability to work in an interprofessional context
• Interest in training and supervising professionals and interns; a FEE certificate is an asset
• Good knowledge of the region, an advantage facilitating partnerships and connections with the outside
• Flexible, innovative and comfortable in a constantly evolving environment
• Good command of French and common IT tools
• Driving licence and private vehicle essential
