Working closely with our advisors, our real estate department evaluates a multitude of varied files and shares its expertise.Specifically?Working closely with advisors and internal departments, you will support them in real estate matters and property valuation. This involves analysis, checks, and assessments through reports and appraisals for various units within the organization. Using your expertise and your monitoring of the real estate market, you will develop concepts, tools, and policies in property valuation and participate in real estate strategy. Within the framework of projects, interviews, and property sales, you will support the head of the department and propose relevant measures. You will be required to write reports for the governing bodies. You will be the key person in the training and advising of your colleagues as well as in the internal transfer of knowledge regarding everything related to real estate.Does this challenge tempt you?This position is for you if...You hold a Federal Diploma as a Real Estate Expert and have solid, proven experience in this same function. You also have good knowledge of the local real estate market and, with a passion for passing on your knowledge, you are comfortable in the internal training of colleagues. You are endowed with strong analytical and synthesis skills and are customer-oriented. You perform well in writing real estate reports and appraisals. You know how to highlight the relevant aspects of your field of expertise.
