Specifically?

• In close collaboration with advisors and internal services, you will support them in real estate matters and in property valuation. This involves analyses, checks and validations of valuations through reports and expert assessments intended for various units within BCVS.
• Through your expertise and monitoring of the real estate market, you will develop concepts, tools and policies regarding property valuation and participate in the real estate strategy.
• In the context of purchases, projects, maintenance and sales of properties, you will support the service manager and propose relevant improvement measures. You will be required to draft reports for decision-making bodies.
• You will be the key person in training and advising your colleagues as well as in internal knowledge concerning all matters related to property valuations.

This position is for you if…

• You hold the Federal Diploma of Expert in Property Valuations and have solid and proven experience in the same role. You also have a good knowledge of the local and Swiss real estate market.
• Skilful in communication and passionate about sharing your knowledge, you are comfortable with internal training of colleagues.
• Endowed with strong analytical, synthesis and results-oriented skills, you excel in preparing reports and expert valuations. You know how to highlight the relevant indicators in your field of expertise.
• Your very good French skills are complemented by good knowledge of German (level B1) and you are perfectly comfortable using IT tools in your field.
