Description
The READOM CMS is an innovative and specialised home rehabilitation programme, born from a partnership with CHUV. The multidisciplinary team intervenes for a maximum of three weeks. It is composed of occupational therapists, nurses, ASSC, physiotherapists and health assistants. It collaborates with the client, their relatives and the care network.

READOM Lead Nurse

As a lead nurse, you contribute with your skills to the optimal quality of interventions with clients. You ensure the link between the client, the multidisciplinary team and partners. You meet care needs by providing physical and psycho-geriatric health care. You collaborate interdisciplinarily with the aim of comprehensive client management.
You hold a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or an equivalent recognised qualification, with 3 years of experience in acute care. Experience in rehabilitation and training in RAI HC assessment would be assets. You are a responsible and autonomous person. You are attentive, flexible and adapt to any situation. You are comfortable with IT tools. You hold a driving licence.
