Responsibilities:

• Coordinate development projects under your responsibility, from the development request to the validation of the pilot series, according to the established product creation process.
• Meet objectives in terms of budget, quality and performance of the new product, according to the specifications.
• Establish and monitor planning according to critical chain principles.
• Organise and lead project team meetings using appropriate techniques
(Brainstorming, FMEA, plan reviews, ...).

Profile:

• HES Engineer diploma or ES Technician in mechanics/project management or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role, in an industrial environment, in the field of mechanical construction
• Mastery of Lean tools
• English level B1
• Good leadership, negotiation skills, communication and listening skills
• Flexibility and adaptability.
