Description

Our House

Founded in Rome in 1884 by Sotirio Bulgari, a talented Greek goldsmith, the Bvlgari House quickly became an emblem of Italian excellence through magnificent jewellery creations born of incomparable know-how and craftsmanship. The entrepreneurial spirit of the Bulgari family has transformed the company into a world-renowned House. Today, Bvlgari has five business sectors: jewellery, watchmaking, perfumes, accessories, and hotels. Based in Switzerland, our Watchmaking and Perfumes divisions offer an authentic and exciting environment with great career opportunities.

Our Opportunity

To strengthen the Quality team within our Watchmaking Manufacture based in Saignelégier, we are looking for a:

Quality Engineer (CDM)

Reporting to the Quality Manager, your main mission is to actively participate in improving the conformity and reliability of our watch components (case and dial) throughout the production chain.

Handling quality complaints and incidents

In close collaboration with the various production sectors and support functions, you ensure the handling of quality issues encountered (organisation and monitoring of securing, launching and managing the problem-solving process, implementation of preventive and corrective actions, active follow-up of the action plan). In this context, you identify relevant technical solutions by adopting an approach of standardisation, formalisation, and continuous improvement of quality procedures.

Quality Coordination

You plan and lead cross-functional quality meetings aimed at problem resolution and the implementation of internal and external optimisations, rigorously applying problem-solving methodologies (8D, QRQC). You provide technical support to production staff.

Deployment of RDP approaches

You actively lead problem-solving approaches to identify root causes and then implement effective corrective and preventive actions. You train and support teams in applying these methodologies.

Your Background

With an engineering degree, you have initial experience in quality problem-solving and defining control methods, ideally in the watchmaking sector. Your mastery of quality tools (risk analysis, problem-solving) enables you to support and improve quality throughout the production chain. You have a good command of SAP; Quick Control (or equivalent software) is a plus.

Dynamic, committed, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork. Both pragmatic and analytical, you demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis abilities, thus contributing to organisational development. An excellent communicator, you share your knowledge, and your relational skills allow you to collaborate effectively in seeking solutions.

Our Benefits

  • An onboarding process designed to welcome you from day one, with meetings with teams and dedicated time for exchange and understanding of the environment
  • A caring, dynamic, and collaborative atmosphere where everyone can express themselves freely
  • Welcoming break areas: free coffee and hot drinks, friendly cafeterias, terraces to meet in the sun
  • The opportunity to join our B-Clubs (yoga, running, golf, music, etc.) and share convivial moments with colleagues
  • A multicultural and international atmosphere, ideal for broadening horizons
  • An advantageous occupational pension plan and contributions to health insurance and meal expenses
  • A flexible environment with the possibility of teleworking (to be confirmed according to eligibility), accompanied by a complete IT kit
  • Free parking for cars and bicycles, as well as charging stations for electric vehicles, combining practicality and commitment to responsible mobility
  • A free shuttle service connecting the station and the Neuchâtel headquarters
  • A wide range of technical, interpersonal, and managerial training

This position is open to all, respecting equal opportunities and diversity.
