Job Description:

We are looking for a competent and motivated Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing various projects, ensuring their execution within deadlines, budget compliance, and client satisfaction. If you have solid project management experience, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team, we would be delighted to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and define project phases in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage budgets, deadlines, and resources required for each project.
• Ensure communication between different parties and maintain regular monitoring of work progress.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
• Guarantee the quality of deliverables and ensure client satisfaction.
• Write and present progress reports, risk analyses, and improvement proposals.
• Participate in project meetings and facilitate workshops with teams and clients.

Profile sought:

• Degree in project management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in project management.
• Excellent skills in planning, organisation, and priority management.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software (MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a team and unite colleagues around project objectives.
• Autonomy, rigour, and attention to detail.
