/ Ensure the follow-up of quality projects related to our clients

/ Manage projects related to continuous improvement within the framework of new projects

/ Support the problem resolution process and ensure the implementation and monitoring of corrective actions in production

/ Improve the self-inspection process in the workshops

/ Train and support employees in the adoption and application of quality standards

/ Establish and update technical documentation, formalise work instructions and ensure knowledge capitalisation

/ Manage quality operation and performance indicators

YOUR PROFILE

/ You hold a university degree, EPF/HES engineer or equivalent professional experience demonstrating a solid mastery of technical requirements

/ You have at least 5 years of successful experience in an equivalent position in the watchmaking sector, with similar responsibilities

/ You are autonomous, precise, proactive and communicate effectively

/ You are proficient with control software

/ You have a sense of priorities and are capable of managing several projects simultaneously

/ You demonstrate proven ability to unite and lead groups, with leadership

/ You integrate quickly and know how to collaborate effectively with your colleagues
