As part of a long-term temporary assignment, we are looking for one of our clients, a watchmaking manufacturer based in the Canton of Geneva, a
Packaging Operator (M/F)
Your mission:
- Carry out manual and semi-automatic packaging activities on machines
- Monitor production while respecting the set performance objectives
- Follow instructions and procedures
Required technical skills:
- Experience in industry desired, ideally in the watchmaking field
- Sensitivity to handling small components in large quantities
- Good physical condition as the role involves standing with regular lifting
- Good visual acuity
- Very good dexterity for handling small components
- Requires a person with experience and mastery in delicate operations
- Desired knowledge of semi-automatic equipment
- Computer literacy

- Excellent concentration ability to maintain repetitive activity
- Organised and autonomous person, with good organisational skills, good priority management and comfortable in a multitasking environment
