Our client, a renowned watchmaking company in the Neuchâtel region, is looking for their next:

VSD Production Operators (M/F)

Total: 28 hours worked
Remuneration: 40 hours paid (100%)

Operator on automated VSD lines



Your responsibilities

  • Ensure continuous supply and proper functioning of automated production lines.
  • Supervise the various stages of automated control (air control, blocking of bases, and other technical operations).
  • Interact with production equipment using dedicated computer interfaces.
  • Identify, address, and validate non-conformities detected by control systems.
  • Carry out first-level interventions in case of malfunction or jamming to ensure production continuity.
  • Perform cleaning and preventive maintenance operations on equipment.
  • Actively participate in optimising line performance and continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity requirements.

Your profile:

  • Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an operator on automated lines or significant experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in managing and monitoring automated production lines.
  • Good command of industrial computer tools.
  • Knowledge of Delmia Apriso is an advantage.
  • Experience in watchmaking or microtechnology appreciated.
  • Team spirit, autonomy, and initiative.
  • Ability to analyse situations and propose concrete solutions.
  • Residence in Switzerland mandatory.
