REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor HES in nursing or diploma recognised as equivalent by the Red Cross.
  • 3 years’ experience in the field of care and physical disability.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To provide, in residence, within a multidisciplinary team, personalised care and support services based on evidence for adults with physical disabilities, presenting associated pathologies and/or cognitive disorders.

The objective is to contribute to maintaining their health, quality of life, and self-determination, ensuring continuity, safety, and quality of support.

In this respect, the role consists of:

  • Assessing the health needs of residents, ensuring clinical follow-up and therapeutic monitoring.
  • Supporting residents in daily life activities by promoting the development, maintenance, or compensation of their abilities, with a view to promoting autonomy.
  • Participating in the development, implementation, and evaluation of personalised projects, ensuring respect for the wishes and objectives defined by each resident.
  • Providing a reference role, clinical support, delegation, and advice to ASSC, AS, and ASE staff.
  • Coordinating the interventions of various professionals and network partners to ensure complementarity and efficiency of support.
  • Identifying, assessing, and managing complex situations, emergencies, and unforeseen events.
  • Contributing to the daily organisation of work and coordination of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Contributing to achieving institutional objectives and continuous improvement of support quality, promoting a multidisciplinary and person-centred approach.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Knowledge and expertise in support and care in a living environment.
  • Knowledge in psychiatry and with people with behavioural disorders is an asset.
  • Knowledge of palliative care.
  • Sense of responsibility and good stress management.
  • Leadership, ability to be proactive, and organisational skills.
  • Professional attitude in line with institutional values.
  • Proficiency with computer tools.
  • Ease in interpersonal relationships.
  • Flexibility and openness to change.
  • Availability (irregular hours)
