At the Belle Saison Foundation, recognised as a public interest organisation, we have a clear mission: to offer humane, respectful and innovative support to those who need it most. Present throughout the La Côte region, our Foundation brings together 5 medico-social establishments (EMS), 4 temporary reception centres (CAT) and 3 protected housing units (LP), offering a range of services adapted to each situation.
With us, Respect, Listening and Communication are lived daily. We act swiftly to respond to emergencies, aim for performance to ensure quality, and cultivate innovation and creativity to invent tomorrow’s solutions.

Main missions:
- Provide individualised care to residents according to the scope of competence;
- Respond to the needs of resident support;
- Participate in the supervision of trainees and apprentices.
Required skills:
- A nursing diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross;
- An interest in irregular hours and interdisciplinary work;
- Good interpersonal skills and proactivity;
- Good knowledge of IT tools and French (spoken and written);
