For one of our clients, a recognised foundation active in supporting elderly people in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a qualified night nurse for a long-term assignment with a fixed contract at the end.
Nurse at 80-100% night shift in a fixed EMS position
Your mission:
- Provide night nursing care across several sites of the foundation.
- Perform technical nursing procedures.
- Assess emergency situations and intervene independently.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during the night.
- Collaborate with teams present in the different establishments.
Required skills:
- Nursing diploma recognised in Switzerland or Swiss Red Cross recognition obtained.
- Proven experience in EMS.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
- Ability to work alone and make decisions independently.
- Excellent management of priorities and emergency situations.
- Mobility and flexibility essential.
- Availability at short notice.
