To complete our grinding team for a maximum duration of 12 months, we are looking for a
Micromechanics Operator (M/F/X) at 100%
Your mission
Attached to our grinding department, you will set up our machines and ensure that your production meets quality and deadline requirements.
Your responsibilities
- Perform honing of our components on Pemamo machines
- Machining and production monitoring on manual or CNC workstations
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Carry out first-level maintenance of equipment
Your profile
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in an industrial environment, ideally in conventional mechanics on Lathe 102
- Good mastery of reading technical drawings
- Excellent dexterity and ease in precision manual operations
- Regular use of standard computer tools (Office suite)
- Ability to maintain a high level of quality in repetitive operations
- You are willing to work in a 2x8 team on an occasional basis
- You demonstrate meticulousness, precision and autonomy
- Strong team spirit and sense of organisation
- You are recognised for your reliability, sense of responsibility and versatility
