Manufacturing Engineer (a)
What you can achieve with us:
- Planning, organisation and implementation of industrialisation projects for new products in the sterile medtech environment
- Technical support for the production areas of Additive Manufacturing, Turning, Secondary Operations and Cleanroom
- Qualification of equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ) as well as creation and maintenance of the associated documentation
- Design of fixtures and production equipment using CAD (SolidWorks)
- Development of sustainable solutions for technical challenges as well as continuous optimisation of production processes
- Creation and maintenance of production documentation such as work instructions, work and inspection plans as well as calculations
What you bring with you:
- Completed technical degree or technical basic training with corresponding further education
- Experience in the qualification of machines and processes, ideally in medical technology (knowledge of ISO 13485 is an advantage)
- Experience with industrial 3D printing processes is an advantage
- Communicative, solution-oriented and proactive personality with quick comprehension
- Fluent German and English skills; French skills are a plus
