Laundry & Sterilisation Operations Agent (M/F)
Do you wish to develop in a dynamic hospital environment and directly contribute to patient safety? Join us as a sterilisation assistant and take part in an essential activity for the smooth running of care.
As part of the development of our activities, we are creating a pool of candidates to anticipate our future needs.
Your mission
Within the sterilisation unit, you participate in the various stages of reprocessing medical devices (MDs), ensuring quality, safety and traceability.
Your main responsibilities
- Reprocessing medical devices
- Carry out cleaning, disinfection and preparation operations of medical devices
- Check their functionality and safety
- Ensure traceability of devices (computerised or manual)
- Comply with quality standards and current protocols
- Use and maintenance of equipment
- Participate in the maintenance of materials and equipment
- Report any malfunction
- Participation in the unit's life
- Contribute to the general activities of the service
- Report and document non-conformities
- Participate in training new colleagues (after integration)
- Apply and improve internal procedures
Your profile
Mandatory requirements:
- Good knowledge of French (spoken and written) – minimum level B2
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience in the hospital, paramedical or sterilisation field (ideally 1 year)
Appreciated assets:
- Training or courses related to sterilisation
- Training or courses related to manual handling
- Knowledge of the operating theatre or care environment
- Proficiency in common computer tools
