Key Account Manager B2B – Central Switzerland Region



Your contribution

  • Targeted acquisition of new customers in the SME segment (50–500 employees) with a clear focus on sustainable growth
  • Active use and expansion of your network to identify and win new business customers
  • Strategic development of your customer portfolio: relationship management, cross-/upselling, loyalty
  • Coordination with internal teams (PreSales, Service, Partner) for optimal customer care
  • Market and competitor analysis focusing on opportunities in the regional B2B environment
  • Customer retention and contract renewals
  • Identification of up- and cross-selling potentials
  • Sales and CRM management

What distinguishes you:

  • You are a hunter with a clear B2B focus and a passion for acquisition
  • You bring a network in the SME sector in the Central Switzerland region and use it purposefully
  • You think entrepreneurially and act sales-oriented
  • You have proven experience in ICT B2B sales, especially in complex solutions around mobile, fixed network and connectivity
  • You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written; additional national languages are a plus
  • You work independently, structured and with a strong focus on closing deals
