Are you a nurse or CNA interested in occasional replacement assignments that perfectly fit your schedule? Do you want total flexibility without a fixed commitment? We have the ideal opportunity for you!
To complete our pool of substitutes, we are actively seeking qualified healthcare professionals to take on occasional assignments. These assignments, which can range from a few hours to several days or weeks depending on your availability, may be assigned across all care units of the CRR, offering you a variety of experiences.
As substitutes, you may be contacted several days or even weeks in advance, as well as at the last minute; you will always have the freedom to accept or decline the proposed assignments.

Registration conditions for the substitute pool:
- Qualified nurse or certified CNA (healthcare professionals returning to work are also welcome)
- Ability to adapt quickly and work as part of a team
- Positive attitude
- Empathy, proactivity, rigour and sense of responsibility
Possible working hours:
- 07:00 – 15:44
- 13:00 – 21:14
- 08:00 – 19:50
- 21:00 - 07:10
Possibility also to work half shifts (morning or afternoon)
Who are we?
The Romande Rehabilitation Clinic in Sion specialises in rehabilitation and reintegration of accident victims. The care service, divided into four distinct units, offers care services tailored to each patient.
The healthcare professionals’ main objective is to mobilise the patient’s resources to achieve or maintain a high level of functional independence and to encourage their participation in daily activities. They also provide supplementary care to temporarily compensate for impaired functions, and specialised technical care adapted to each medical discipline (musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and rehabilitation in cases of paraplegia).
