Your mission

• Ensure the availability, performance and security of IT infrastructures (workstations, servers, networks, applications and telephony), in line with applications and subsystems
• Provide first-level technical support to users and production teams: analyse needs, handle incidents and prioritise interventions according to their impact on activities
• Ensure the integration, connectivity and accessibility of IT and industrial systems (IT, PLCs, instruments and applications) to guarantee continuity, reliability and performance of operations, both on-site and remotely
• Manage improvement projects and the lifecycle management of equipment and systems
• Participate in the on-call service according to the established schedule (10 to 12 interventions per year)

Your profile

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as an IT specialist, industrial systems technician or a technical qualification deemed equivalent
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in an industrial production environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills: service orientation, team spirit and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Initiative, solution-oriented mindset and ability to be proactive
• Organisational skills, ability to manage priorities and handle several projects simultaneously
• Analytical and synthetic thinking, autonomy and versatility
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of German or vice versa (min. level B2), with good knowledge of English
