Intern in Customer Service Administrative Support (100%)



Internship Mission

As an intern in the Customer Service department, you will contribute to improving the user experience of our products and services by participating in the development of existing tools.

Your main responsibilities include notably:

  • Administrative support in updating data in the ERP (Odoo)
  • Support in the implementation of new products
  • Updating data on other IT platforms
  • Assistance with invoicing
  • Collecting and analysing customer feedback
  • Participating in the writing of documentation and user guides
  • Collaborating with technical teams
  • Assistance in the integration of a new acquisition

Profile sought

  • Business school student in the final year or recently graduated
  • Comfortable with common IT tools (ERP, Office)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
  • Good listening skills, empathy and problem-solving ability
  • Interest in the agricultural sector and innovative technologies is an asset
  • Analytical mind, autonomy, curiosity and a taste for teamwork
  • Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage

Start date: September 2026 (or to be agreed)

Duration: 3 months
