Our client is currently building its first industrial site in Switzerland, in Monthey, with the ambition to create a leading industrial and technological centre within an international group supported by a solid investment fund.
The company is developing an innovative physico-chemical technology, now validated at pilot scale internationally. The project is now entering a key industrialisation phase, with major challenges related to improving product performance, structuring industrial processes, and setting up future production facilities.
In this context, we are recruiting an Industrialisation Engineer M/F.

Your responsibilities
• Participate in the development and continuous improvement of product performance
• Define, coordinate and monitor test plans and technical validations
• Analyse test results and propose product and process improvement actions
• Define technical requirements and write specifications for future equipment and installations
• Manage design offices, suppliers and external technical partners
• Supervise the installation, qualification and commissioning of industrial equipment
• Participate in FAT, SAT and equipment qualifications
• Structure manufacturing processes and contribute to their reliability
• Write procedures, manufacturing ranges and instructions
• Participate in ramping up production and continuous process improvement
• Ensure follow-up of technical projects in terms of quality, costs and deadlines
Profile sought
• Higher education in mechanics, industrial engineering, microtechnology or equivalent
• Proven experience in industrialisation, product development or industrial project management
• Experience in commissioning industrial equipment or managing technical projects
• Good knowledge of mechanics, industrial processes or fluidics
• Proficient in reading plans, technical diagrams and ideally P&ID
• Ability to structure test plans and analyse technical results
• Experience coordinating suppliers, design offices or technical partners
• Comfortable in a developing environment requiring autonomy, pragmatism and adaptability
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to unite various stakeholders around a technical project
• Fluent French; professional English required
