As part of this role, you will ensure the operational, technical and human management of your activity sector.
- Supervision and development of technicians and site managers.
- Technical support to teams to ensure effective and professional interventions.
- Organisation and planning of maintenance interventions.
- Management of the contractual scope and monitoring of maintenance plans via CMMS.
- Management of subcontractors and coordination of cross-functional services.
- Activity monitoring and regular reporting to management.
- Contract follow-up in collaboration with internal departments.
- Ensuring profitability and proper execution of services.
Your profile
- Training in HVAC engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of heating and ventilation systems.
- Proficiency in IT tools and CMMS software.
- Successful experience in managing technical teams.
- Natural leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
