Housekeeper / Chambermaid 5* NEUCHÂTEL
Your Mission:
- Carry out cleaning, tidying and maintenance of rooms
- Respect the company standards / quality charter
- Comply with hygiene and safety standards
- Be helpful and considerate towards clients while respecting their privacy and ensuring comfort and order in the room
- Contribute to the company’s image by ensuring the cleanliness of the floors
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of cleaning products
- Thorough knowledge of room turnaround techniques "deep clean" and "refresh"
- Maintain common areas
- Work carefully and rigorously
- Be capable of a high output in terms of number of rooms cleaned
- Clean, tidy, maintain rooms, bathrooms, toilets and floors
- Ensure availability and compliance of documents available to clients
Your Profile:
- Efficiency, speed of execution, flexible and available
- Experience in 4 or 5 star establishments
- Good physical condition
- Good organisation / methodology, ability to adapt to activity flows
- Team spirit, impeccable dress and personal appearance
- Discretion, honesty, attention to detail and quality
- Autonomous
