Your duties

As a Head Waiter, you are a key player in the customer experience at the Olympic Museum restaurant.
You ensure smooth and quality service, from greeting to payment, including advising and following up with the customer throughout the meal.

On a daily basis, you:

• Prepare and set up the restaurant, terrace and service areas
• Welcome and advise an international clientele with professionalism and care
• Provide attentive, efficient and personalised table service
• Contribute to the sale and promotion of our offer (restaurant, brunch, events)
• Guarantee customer satisfaction and the quality of the experience
• Work closely with the kitchen and your team to ensure smooth service
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, hygiene and internal procedures

Job organisation

• Continuous service (without breaks)
• Work during the week and at weekends
• The restaurant is open to the public during the day
• In the evening, activity focuses on private events (banquets, receptions, etc.)

Your profile

• Training in catering (CFC or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent command of French and good level of English
• Service-minded, team spirit and excellent presentation
• Dynamic, organised and comfortable in a demanding and fast-paced environment
