Head Waiter/Waitress Michelin Starred Restaurant
Job DescriptionThe name of the establishment will remain confidential at this stage of the recruitment process.
In this role, you will join a house renowned for its exacting standards, quality of service and refined gastronomic environment. You will be responsible for ensuring a precise, elegant and professional service, perfectly in line with the standards expected in a starred establishment.
You will participate in setting up the dining room, welcoming and accompanying a discerning clientele, as well as ensuring the smooth running of service in your section. You will also be required to present the Chef’s dishes with ease, clarity and precision, while guaranteeing a smooth, polished and personalised customer experience.
We are looking for someone passionate about the world of gastronomy, with excellent presentation, a keen sense of service and real ease in the dining room. Successful experience in a similar role as Head Waiter/Waitress within a Michelin-starred restaurant is highly desirable. Previous experience in Geneva would also be a significant advantage.
Profile SoughtThe position is offered with split shifts, from Tuesday to Saturday, with rest on Sundays and Mondays. The establishment offers five weeks of holiday per year, scheduled during closure periods, notably in summer, at Christmas and Easter.
The proposed remuneration is negotiable according to profile and experience.
