Head of Reception
Axepta SA is looking for one of its top clients, a renowned institution, for an experienced Head of Reception to lead a demanding reception service within an international environment.

Your responsibilities
- Manage, support and develop a team of 3 to 4 employees.
- Supervise all activities of the Front Office, Back Office and secretarial administration.
- Ensure impeccable reception quality for a demanding international clientele.
- Ensure daily coordination between management and teams.
- Implement effective processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Organise task distribution and optimise the functioning of the service.
- Actively participate in operations when the situation requires.
- Foster a structured, collaborative and service-oriented working environment.
Your profile
- Proven experience of at least 7 to 10 years in a similar role.
- Solid experience in team management within a reception service.
- Background ideally acquired in an international, institutional or high-end environment.
- Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level mandatory).
- Knowledge of other languages is a real advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen sense of priorities.
- Natural leadership, ability to unite and support teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy and a service mindset.
- Residence located near the site (maximum travel time of about 30 minutes).
