As part of a planned succession, the position of
Head of Management (m/f/d)
is to be filled.
In this key role, you will ensure, with the support of the management team, the operational management of the Federation and its service company. You are responsible for human resources management, finances, service delivery, events as well as professional communication, both internal and external.

Master’s degree in Swiss law
and have excellent spoken and written German skills. You communicate fluently and confidently in French and English.You have solid leadership experience, excellent organisational skills, and in-depth knowledge of finance and business management. Experience in associations, interest groups or lobbying is desirable, as is a keen understanding of political issues and the ability to develop sustainable networks.
On a personal level, you distinguish yourself by your integrity, reliability, sense of diplomacy and ability to motivate your teams.
