The team is responsible for the successful implementation of new construction projects – both public charging infrastructure and B2B – with a focus on time, costs, and quality. You ensure that the exchange with the team in German-speaking Switzerland and the cooperation across language borders function optimally. You report directly to the Asset Unit division management, which is responsible for the planning, construction, and operation of our charging infrastructure, and you actively help shape the division:- Professional and personnel leadership as well as further development of a team of 6 project managers- Management of the timely, cost-conscious, and high-quality implementation of new charging infrastructure projects (public and B2B) with a focus on profitability and economic efficiency- Structuring and ongoing optimization of project management processes, design and operating standards, as well as further development of PM methods in cooperation with the German-speaking Switzerland team- Management of external partner companies as well as professional stakeholder management and communication with customers, authorities, internal interest groups, and the division management- Perspective: Taking on the role of local contact person and representative for Western Switzerland (internally and externally)Your profile- Completed technical or business administration education, ideally with management training (PMP, IPMA)- At least 5 years of leadership experience in project management teams, ideally in the infrastructure, energy, or construction sector- Distinct leadership skills and assertiveness paired with strategic thinking and decision-making strength- Solid knowledge of project management methods as well as an understanding of technical and economic contexts- Experience in working with external partners and in communication at the management level- Bilingualism required: French and German at a business level (at least C1 in one language, B2 in the other).
