To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a:
Group Leader After-Sales Service
A true link between the field teams and the clients, you hold a central position within our after-sales service activity. Available and attentive, you set the course for your team and support them daily in their tasks, with a constant focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

As a group leader, you are responsible for the following tasks:
- Supervise and support a team of 13 technicians (after-sales service & special works/repairs)
- Manage the administrative and human follow-up of your team (hours, holidays, annual meetings, etc.)
- Monitor and analyse performance and quality indicators (failure rate, visit rate, recurring faults, etc.) to support the team in achieving its objectives
- Maintain close collaboration with our technical sales staff: preparing quotes, managing priorities, client communication, etc.
- Provide your team with support and technical expertise
- Promote a safety culture within your team by actively contributing to its dissemination, raising awareness among your team and applying good QSE practices
- Actively contribute to the development of work processes and your team’s skills
- Occasionally prepare offers in support of the technicians
Your background and talents:
- You hold a qualification in a technical field (mechanics, electricity, automation, etc.) and have several years of confirmed experience in the lift industry
- You are recognised for your excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to unite a team (leadership)
- Proactive, you take initiatives and make informed decisions
- Autonomous and organised, you know how to prioritise and manage your time efficiently
- Calm and thoughtful, you handle unforeseen events pragmatically and efficiently
- You hold a driving licence
