External Sales Advisor Romandie (100%)



Geneva / Vaud Region – Based in Bussigny VD

For the Swiss subsidiary Internorm SA, we are looking for a committed, flexible, and customer-oriented personality for the position of External Sales Advisor in the Geneva / Vaud region.

Your responsibilities

  • Development of the distribution network and support of existing partners
  • Acquisition and training of new partners (products, calculations, processes)
  • Technical support to partners during consultations with clients and architects
  • Responsibility for turnover, debtors, and results of the assigned sector
  • Participation in marketing activities: campaigns, trade fairs, organisation of partner events
  • Interface role between the regional market and Internorm (information, evaluations, advice, complaints, analyses, prior clarifications, etc.)

Your profile

  • Training in the construction field (mandatory)
  • Commercial or business management training is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the windows/doors sector (an asset)
  • Reliable presence and strong customer orientation
  • Communicative, flexible, reliable, and well-organised personality
  • Knowledge of German and basic IT skills are an advantage
  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work
  • Ideally aged between 30 and 50 years
