Export & Logistics Specialist
The position
As an Export & Logistics Specialist, you will efficiently handle both domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time deliveries to customers while optimising transport costs, complying with customs obligations and trade compliance. Additionally, you will manage the physical and IT flows of goods receipts, finished product stock, and shipments, and be involved in order preparation. Your main responsibilities are as follows:
Export
- Processing delivery notes and invoicing for international and national shipments
- Organising the transport of goods according to instructions and incoterms
- Creating shipping waybills (AWB) on carrier websites
- Issuing preferential and non-preferential certificates of origin
Logistics
- Managing finished product stock
- Managing delivery dates and compliance (goods verification)
- Handling supplier returns of non-conforming products
- Contributing to continuous improvement activities (logistics procedure management)
Your profile
- Basic commercial training
- 3 years’ experience in export/transport and/or logistics within an international environment
- Required customs knowledge
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and ideally GTS
- Experience working with quality/ISO procedures
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility and organisation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactivity and perseverance
- Fluent French with good knowledge of English
