Générale Ressorts is a watchmaking subcontractor, member of the Acrotec Group and an expert for over 150 years in the manufacture of barrel springs. To strengthen our teams, we are looking for:



Experienced Quality Engineer on a Permanent Contract (M/F) 100%



Main missions

  • Ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout the manufacturing processes.
  • Optimise the reliability of production means and contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes (cold rolling, bending, heat treatments and assembly).
  • Analyse production anomalies, quality defects and tolerance deviations to identify root causes.
  • Deploy and monitor sustainable technical solutions in collaboration with Production and Methods departments.
  • Manage internal non-conformities using structured problem-solving tools.
  • Ensure the updating and enrichment of defect databases to support self-inspection in the workshop.
  • Write, optimise and keep operational procedures, control plans and work instructions up to date.
  • Monitor, analyse and improve quality indicators to guarantee process performance.
  • Implement and manage statistical process control (SPC) tools to ensure production stability.
  • Raise awareness, train and support production teams on quality requirements and new operational standards.
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits.
  • Provide quality support during the industrialisation phases of new products and validation of new equipment.

Your profile

  • Higher technical education in quality, mechanics, microtechnology or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a quality process role within an industrial environment, ideally in the watchmaking sector.
  • Mastery of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) tools.
  • Experience in writing and managing quality documentation.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as cold rolling, bending, heat treatments or assembly is an asset.
  • Comfortable with IT tools and quality monitoring software.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and organisational skills.
