Our client is the leading provider of electrical installations in the German-speaking part of the Canton of Fribourg. In addition to its core business, installation, the independent company has also acquired expertise in the planning and construction of photovoltaic systems and is able to handle customer enquiries from A to Z. Its excellent reputation is based on the skills and services of the team. To strengthen it and as a future key person, we are looking for an Electrician with development to Project Manager (m/f/d).

In this position, you report directly to the head of the electrical installations department and belong to the small team of senior management. You handle your orders from A to Z; preparing offers, procuring materials, planning your own installation team and monitoring the progress of work in the project are your main tasks. In fulfilling your duties, you benefit from generous scope for manoeuvre and short decision-making paths in day-to-day business.

Your tasks

• Leading and supporting the fitters during execution
• Personnel planning in your projects in coordination with absences and presences
• Project management from the first customer contact to the completion of installations
• Preparation of interim and final invoices
• Compliance with requirements regarding safety, economy and environmental protection

Your profile

• Training as an electrician or equivalent with the aim of becoming an electrical project manager
• Professional experience in a role where you could independently manage your tasks
• Enjoyment of independent project management with active support from your superior
• Communicative personality with a flair for IT tools
