What you do daily

You play a crucial role in managing contentious situations: you ensure the complete follow-up of LAMal and LCA procedures with rigour. You also ensure quality support by handling correspondence and calls from the insured as well as various stakeholders. Finally, you welcome insured clients at reception and guarantee a warm and efficient reception.

What you bring to the team

Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee, your attention to detail and analytical skills allow you to approach situations with precision while maintaining an overall vision.

Recognised for your team spirit and interpersonal skills, you know how to create constructive exchanges and establish natural collaboration with your colleagues and partners. Flexible and autonomous, you adapt easily to priorities while maintaining impeccable organisation.
