WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Production of fresh butter, industrial butter and butter oil
• Pasteurisation of creams and preparation of cultures according to established protocols
• Follow instructions and the production plan to ensure everything is done on time
• Thoroughly clean the equipment and work environment according to protocols to maintain high hygiene standards
• Collaborate effectively and dynamically within the team and demonstrate some flexibility in working hours
• Be proactive and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a dairy technologist or equivalent training in the dairy field
• Proven experience in cheesemaking, dairy or food industry
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of cheese production with skills in using automated equipment. Good command of French at a level allowing smooth communication
• Exemplary rigour in hygiene – cleanliness is an absolute priority
• Flexibility to work in teams according to defined schedules, demonstrating responsibility, team spirit and good stress management
