To complete our technical team, we are looking for a
Customer Service Technician at 100% - Bilingual FR/GER, fluent Italian
You have technical skills (mechanics, automation, HVAC, industrial maintenance, etc.), you are comfortable with verbal communication and wish to move towards a customer-oriented role? Do not hesitate to send us your CV.
Your mission:
You will be responsible for addressing customer issues, proposing suitable solutions from our product range and actively participating in the development of our technical department.
Your tasks
Technical
- Help the customer identify their needs, both for their fleet and installations.
- Write the internal popularisation journal.
- Work closely with the sales teams for complex requests.
- Prepare commercial offers.
- Assess product compatibility.
- Achieve professional autonomy.
Collaboration
- You collaborate closely with colleagues from sales, customer service and replenishment departments within a growing structure.
- You position yourself as a colleague concerned with the efficiency of daily work.
Your profile
- You speak fluent French, German and Italian. English is an asset.
- You have at least 5 years of commercial, technical or mechanical experience.
- Your knowledge of the Romandy market in a specific field is an asset.
- You use common IT tools.
- You are enthusiastic, motivated, positive and able to work respectfully.
- You demonstrate commercial awareness.
